20th March 2018 Javier has developed his career in the field of operations, always putting special emphasis in continuous improvement. Since his beginnings in a Dutch company, he developed a wide experience in international environments, with responsibilities at local and corporate level, leading multicultural teams in improvement projects at different Asian, European and American sites.
After a few years as consultant, Javier joins Nifco team in 2017 with two main challenges ahead: the launching of the important project of TPM and the creation of a more robust structure for the already existing continuous improvement culture of the company.
Outside of Nifco, Javier’s main hobbies are reading, music and spending time with his family and friends.
